本站全部内容（包括但不限于文档、代码示例、学习路线、语法速查卡片）仅用于编程学习与教育参考，不构成任何职业规划、招聘、投资、法律、医疗或商业决策的建议，不能替代任何领域专业人士的意见。
技术内容具有时效性。软件版本迭代迅速，文档所述的 API、命令、最佳实践可能随版本更新而变化。执行任何命令或代码前，请以对应技术的官方文档为准。学习路线与时间预估基于一般经验，个体差异较大，不构成任何学习效果或结果承诺。
2. 代码与示例
文档中的代码示例以教学演示为目的编写，优先保证可读性与易懂性，通常不包含生产环境所需的安全加固、异常兜底与性能优化。直接用于生产环境前，请自行完成安全评审与充分测试。因直接复制、运行或改编本站代码示例而产生的任何后果（包括但不限于数据丢失、服务中断、安全漏洞），由使用者自行承担。
3. 前端实验室（在线前端实验场）
前端实验室中编写与运行的 HTML / CSS / JavaScript 代码仅在你的浏览器本地执行，不经过任何服务器编译或托管；本项目为开源项目，源码可审计，以此自证不含数据上传行为。
你在实验室中编写的代码、草稿与偏好设置仅保存在你本地浏览器的 IndexedDB / localStorage 中，清除浏览器数据或更换设备即不可恢复，请自行备份重要内容。灵感画廊中的成品示例按"原样"提供，仅作学习参考，不担保其在生产环境的可用性与安全性。请勿利用实验室运行违反法律法规或他人权益的代码；由此产生的一切责任由使用者自行承担。
4. 本地存储与隐私
本项目无账号系统、无自建服务器、无统计埋点、无广告追踪；网站为纯静态构建产物。浏览器本地存储仅用于功能性目的：主题与语言偏好、侧边栏状态、最近浏览文档、学习路线进度标记、实验室草稿（localStorage / IndexedDB），这些数据不离开你的设备。
网站托管于 GitHub Pages，访问行为受GitHub 隐私声明约束；Android 端的更新检查会访问 GitHub Releases API，该请求由 GitHub 按其隐私政策处理。
5. AI 接入通道（预留）
FANDEX 仅提供 AI 服务商（Provider，当前为 OrcaRouter）的可选接入通道与本机设置入口（网页端/ai/ 页），不提供 AI 服务本身，不对任何 AI 输出内容的准确性、合法性负责。通道默认关闭：不配置密钥即不会产生任何 AI 网络请求。
你在设置页填写的 API 密钥仅保存在你自己的浏览器中（默认仅当前页面会话内存；勾选"在本设备记住"后写入本机 localStorage）；本项目无服务器、不收集、不缓存、不记录任何密钥。配置后，AI 请求由你的浏览器直连所选服务商（如 api.orcarouter.ai）并经由其转发给上游模型服务商：请自行阅读并同意 OrcaRouter 及对应服务商的服务条款与隐私政策（OrcaRouter 声明不持久化提示词与输出内容；BYOK 模式可能收取默认 5% 的平台费，以其控制台显示为准）；使用 AI 功能产生的全部费用由你自行承担，与 FANDEX 无关。桌面端构建剔除该页，保持完全离线。
6. 第三方链接与商标
文档中引用的第三方网站链接（如 MDN、各技术官方文档）仅出于学习目的提供，对其内容的可用性、准确性与隐私实践不承担任何责任；外部链接不构成背书。
算法教学页"外部刷题平台推荐"区块收录的第三方平台（力扣 LeetCode、PracHub、NeetCode、洛谷、Codeforces、牛客网、AtCoder、VisuAlgo 等题库、可视化与公开课资源）均为独立运营的外部资源，收录仅为学习资源参考，不构成合作、归属或背书；使用上述平台产生的账号、付费、隐私及各类问题，由使用者与对应平台之间自行解决，本仓库维护者不承担相关责任。
文中提及的所有第三方产品名称、商标与 Logo（如 Java、React、Kotlin 等），其权利归各自所有者所有。它们在文档中的出现仅为技术说明之用途，不代表与本仓库存在任何合作、归属或背书关系。

1. Nature of the content (educational reference only)
All content on this site (including but not limited to documents, code examples, learning paths, and syntax cheat cards) is provided for programming study and educational reference only. It does not constitute advice on careers, hiring, investment, legal, medical, or business decisions, and cannot replace a qualified professional in any field.
Technical content ages quickly. APIs, commands, and best practices described in the documents may change with new releases. Always defer to the official documentation of each technology before running any command or code. Learning paths and time estimates are based on general experience, vary from person to person, and are not a promise of any learning outcome.
2. Code and examples
Code examples are written for teaching purposes and favor readability over production concerns such as security hardening, error handling, and performance. Review and test them thoroughly before using them in production. Any consequence of copying, running, or adapting examples from this site (including data loss, service interruption, or security issues) is borne by the user.
3. Frontend Lab (the online playground)
HTML / CSS / JavaScript written and run in the Frontend Lab executes only in your browser; no server compiles or hosts it. The project is open source andauditable, which is our proof that no data is uploaded.
Code, drafts, and preferences you create in the lab are stored only in your browser's IndexedDB / localStorage and are unrecoverable once browser data is cleared or you switch devices — please back up anything important. Showcase examples are provided "as is" for learning reference only, with no guarantee of production fitness or security. Do not use the lab to run code that violates laws or the rights of others; you are solely responsible for such use.
4. Local storage and privacy
This project has no accounts, no servers of its own, no analytics, and no ad tracking; the website is a purely static build. Browser storage is used for functional purposes only: theme and language preferences, sidebar state, recently viewed documents, learning-path progress, and lab drafts (localStorage / IndexedDB). None of this data leaves your device.
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, where access is subject to theGitHub Privacy Statement. The Android app's update check calls the GitHub Releases API, handled by GitHub under its own privacy policy.
5. AI provider channel (reserved)
FANDEX only provides an optional integration channel for an AI provider (currently OrcaRouter) with a local settings page (the web-only/ai/ page). It does not provide the AI service itself and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any AI output. The channel is off by default: without a configured key, no AI network request is ever made.
Any API key you enter on the settings page stays in your own browser (in the current page session by default; in this device's localStorage only if you explicitly tick "remember on this device"). This project has no servers and never collects, caches, or logs keys. Once configured, AI requests go directly from your browser to the selected provider (e.g. api.orcarouter.ai) and are forwarded by it to upstream model providers: please read and accept the terms and privacy policies of OrcaRouter and the relevant providers yourself (OrcaRouter states it does not persist prompts or outputs; BYOK traffic may incur a default 5% platform fee as shown in its console). All costs are borne by you and are unrelated to FANDEX. The desktop build excludes this page and stays fully offline.
6. Third-party links and trademarks
Third-party links (MDN, official docs, etc.) are provided for learning purposes only. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices, and linking is not an endorsement.
Practice platforms listed in the algorithm course (LeetCode, PracHub, NeetCode, Luogu, Codeforces, NowCoder, AtCoder, VisuAlgo, and similar resources) are operated independently. Listing them is a learning reference, not a partnership or endorsement. Accounts, payments, privacy, and any issues arising from those platforms are between you and the platform; the maintainers of this repository accept no responsibility.
All third-party product names, trademarks, and logos mentioned (Java, React, Kotlin, etc.) belong to their respective owners. They appear here for identification and technical explanation only and imply no affiliation with or endorsement by this repository.
7. Accuracy
Despite writing and review passes (including reference-integrity audits), mistakes can happen. If you find an error, please open anIssueor aPull Request. Until a fix lands, official documentation remains the final authority.
